DDNS, Dynamic DNS, is a service that provides a 

valid, unchanging, internet domain name (an URL) to go 
with that related IP address.  It assign a fixed host and 
domain name to a dynamic Internet IP address, which is 
used to monitor hosting website, FTP server.
