1. ASSEMBLY OF THE FRONT FORK
2. ASSEMBLY OF THE STEERING BAR
2-1 – Place the bracket onto the protruding part of the fork. Insert the steering bar base into the opening
of the fork. Tighten the nut of the bracket and cover with the decorative cap.
2-2 Assembled steering bar.
3 – ASSEMBLY OF THE WHEELS
3-1 and 3-2 Assembly of the front wheel.
Untighten the nuts and remove the fixing washers from the axis of front wheel. Place the wheel on the
fork, place the washers and tighten the nuts at both sides (3-2) using the allen key.
3-3 Assembly of the rear wheel.
Untighten the nuts and remove the fixing washers from the axis of rear wheel. Place the wheel of the
frame, place the washers and tighten the nuts at both sides (3-2) using the allen key.
4 – ASSEMBLY OF THE SADDLE
4-1 Open the bracket.
4-2 Insert the saddle into the tube of the frame.
CAUTION!
Obey the marking for the minimum depth when inserting the saddle!
Note:
The saddle position must be set so that the marking is no more visible.
4-3 Fix with the bracket.
