Unfasten the velcro straps. Remove the mat
Pull the short rails
and pull upwards
until they fix
Pull the long rails and pull upwards until they fix
Open the sides

Press down the bottom center of the play pen
Fully unfolded playpen with locked rails
Place the mat
Insert the velcro straps through the holes
Fasten the velcro straps under the playpen
