WARRANTY
GENERAL AFTER-SALES SERVICE CONDITIONS FOR CHINESPORT ITEMS
The warranty is valid 36 months from the date of delivery.
The warranty does not cover expendable items, rechargeable batteries, and generally all the material subjected to wear, breakdowns caused by knocks, falls, misuse or improper use, accidental
events and damaged caused by transportation. The warranty will automatically be forfeited if the equipment is tampered with.
Repairs on the equipment will be carried out in relation to the breakdown stated.
An estimate must be specifically requested.
Any payment is intended cash on delivery, unless other agreements are made.
For any controversy, the only place of jurisdiction shall be UDINE (ITALY).

REPAIRS UNDER WARRANTY
Repairs under warranty must be specifically requested.
Repairs under warranty are intended at our laboratory and upon previous authorization.
The return shipment for products sent in their original packaging will be made free of carriage.
A fiscal document is required for repairs under warranty; the purchase date indicated must fall within the warranty time period (bill of sale, purchase invoice or receipt).
If the product results perfectly operational when it is checked, the charges for breakdown identification will be debited to the customer in any event.
REPAIRS NOT UNDER WARRANTY
The transportation charges relating to previously-authorized repairs made in our laboratory that are not under warranty, are at the expense of the customer.
We will provide a written quote only for services priced at least € 50 +VAT.
The warranty on a repair, limited to parts replaced during the intervention, is 12 months from the moment the machinery is collected.
If the product results perfectly operational when it is checked, the charges for breakdown identification will be debited to the customer in any event.
REPAIRS MADE AT HOME
In the event repairs are made at the customer’s home, a written request is required indicating the complete details of the person making the request, the type of machine and the breakdown.
The cost per kilometre for the transfer of the technician will be agreed upon in relation to the urgency of the customer.
In the event the machine involved is under warranty, only the cost for the transfer will be charged to the customer.
Time is calculated from the moment the technician leaves our laboratory until he/she returns. The time of his/her return will be estimated based on the time required to get there.
SALE OF SPARE PARTS AND EXPENDABLE ITEMS
The orders must arrive in writing and specify the customer, item and shipping modality as well as the precise fiscal data of the customer.
The minimum order charge is € 26 + VAT. No sales invoices are issued for amounts lower than € 26 + VAT
The order processing time can vary depending on the availability of the material.
Returned parts will not be accepted.
Payment shall be cash on delivery, unless other agreements are made.
