TROUBLESHOOTING 

If you find a problem try to follow the troubleshooting chart below. If none of the 
proposed  solutions  works,  please  contact  your  local  distributor  or  Chinesport 
customer service. 
  

PROBLEM 

CAUSE

Batteries NOT 

charging when 

battery charger is 

plugged in 

Main switch is set to “0”,  

(Green LED on the battery 

charger) 

Unplug the battery charger, 

turn on the device with the 

main switch to ‘I’ and connect 

the battery charger again 

Batteries are dead

Try to charge batteries for 12 

hours. If no effect 

replace the batteries
