Connect to GUI Network

1.

Remove the MAC address label from the side of the
Network Control card on the AVMA. (See Figure 27)

2.

Place removed label on corresponding space on the MAC
address label worksheet. (See Page 20)

3.

Fill out description on worksheet to describe the room
where the AVM1 system has been installed.

NOTE:

Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) MUST be

installed on the computer in order to host the website.
IIS is supported by the following Windows operating
systems:

IIS 5.1, Windows XP Professional, Windows XP
Media Center Edition

IIS 6.0, Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP
Professional x64 Edition

IIS 7.0, Windows Server 2008 and Windows Vista
(Business, Enterprise or Ultimate Editions)

IIS 7.5, Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows 7

IMPORTANT ! :

Microsoft .net Framework version 3.5

must be installed. It is available for download at

http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=124150

IMPORTANT ! :

Make sure correct version of Framework

is installed for the system being used! Each version of
Framework is only compatible with certain operating
systems.

IMPORTANT ! :

Make sure the Microsoft.net Framework

Service Pack 2.0 has been installed (if necessary). It can
be downloaded at the following website:

4.

Install IIS system (if necessary)

NOTE:

IIS is a Windows component, so it may be added/

removed through the "Add or Remove Programs"
snap-in located on the control panel.

Select the "Add/Remove Windows
Components" button on the left side of the
program list. (See Figure 28)
