Operation

This tool will provide power for the following attachments:

91663 Edger
91664 Tiller
91665 Blower
91666 Trimmer

All of these attachments are available from Harbor Freight Tools.

1.

This tool offers several convenient, safe and comfortable modes of operation
depending on the attachment being used, and your particular preferences.

2.

You may wish to hold the tool balanced in two hands, using the grip on the motor
head, and the adjustable handle. This handle may be adjusted for right or left
hand use, and may be moved up or down the upper shaft to balance the weight of
whichever attachment is being used.

WARNING: Never change attachments or make adjustments to this tool unless the
Power Switch is in the OFF position, and the Power Cord of the tool is unplugged.

You may wish to support the tool using the provided strap. To install this strap, first
turn Off and unplug the tool. The Strap Clamp (48) should be placed around the
Upper Shaft (54). It will be tightened in place using Bolt (46). Try placing the Strap
over your right shoulder (if you are right handed or left shoulder if you are left
handed). You may slide the Strap Clamp (48) up or down the Upper Shaft until
you find a comfortable balance point.

4.

Carefully read and understand the specific advice and warnings given in each
manual supplied with any attachment used with this tool. After the selected
attachment has been installed, to operate the tool, move the Power Switch to its
“ON” position. To turn it off, move the Power Switch to its “OFF” position.

WARNING: Never change attachments or make adjustments to this tool unless the
Power Switch is in the OFF position, and the Power Cord of the tool is unplugged.

5.

Be conscious of the safety issues raised by each different attachment you may
use with this tool. Some attachments create a hazard of thrown debris. Others
create hazards of blown dust or danger of being injured by a moving blade.
