Advisory
1. DO NOT TURN ON
the power of the
GMC-60
convertor before all network cables are all
connected and installation is completed.

The network cable Cat.5e / Cat.6 UTP has to meet TIA/EIA-568-B.2 standards with copper
wires of 24AWG-1/0.49A*4P (CM/UL).

To achieve best performance and stable function
ality, it’s recommended to use standard
CHIAYO CAT.5e network cables which are available in 2M, 5M and 10M length.
Do not use cables of unknown origin because they will cause unexpected system
abnormalities.

The chairman unit
GM-243C
can be located anywhere in the loop.

This conference system may consist of up to 120 units with max two
GM-243C
chairman units.

To prevent feedback noise, please adjust the GAIN knob to control the sensitivity of the
microphone, and set a proper output volume on the amplifier or mixer before operating the
system.

I
f it’s necessary to DIY cables, be sure to examine them with RJ-45 cable tester until they are
no problem before installation.
