Child Restraint Systems
According to ECE R44/04, the child restraint
system can be classified as the following 5
groups:

Group 0: for child with body weight less
than 10 kg.
.
Group 0+: for child with body weight less
than 13 kg.
.
Group I: for child with body weight more
than 9 kg and less than 18 kg.
.
Group II: for child with body weight more
than 15 kg and less than 25 kg.
.
Group III: for child with body weight
more than 22 kg and less than 36 kg.
Please select a suitable child seat according
to the child body weight and body figure.
For infants under one year old, their bones
are very fragile, and a backward-facing child
seat shall be used.
Recommendation for Child Seat
GM recommends to use baby seat with
certification ECE R44. They are certified by
ECE R44, can provide better protection for
child occupants.
Section 1
Group: 0 + group up to 13 kg
Installation method:
It should be installed in the side position of
the 2nd-row seats. Install in the opposite
direction to the direction of travel of the
vehicle. Use ISOFIX interface to connect the
seat and adjust the height of the support
leg to ensure that the support leg is
securely mounted on the floor of the
vehicle.
