2. Turning Aristotle on and off
The On/Off button is at the top right on the edge of the
machine just next to the charging aperture. Press it firmly, and
the machine will spring to life assuming it has battery charge.
Holding the power button down for several seconds makes the
machine power off completely, or if already powered off,
starts the machine from boot mode.
Once the lock screen appears – slide the padlock towards the
other ‘open’ padlock icon with your finger. That takes you to
the home screen.
If by any chance there are no icons on the screen you are taken
to – just swipe the screen left or right until you reach the
required screen.
3. Quick start – Just play Chess
Push the on/of button on the top edge of the casing. Swipe the
padlock right towards the other padlock, find the home screen
with the icons on (you may have to swipe screens left or right
to find it), then choose either of the default chess programs:
Genius or Shredder. You’re playing the game!
