Door not close alarm lamp
It is located in the upper left part of
speedometer on the dashboard. The lamp
will show the state of four doors and
luggage trunk door if they are not closed
properly with the ignition switch on.
EPC defect alarm lamp
The lamp lights when the ignition switch
turns on. The lamp will be automatically
off if the system has no defect after the
electronic propulsion control system of
engine carries on self-inspection. The
electronic propulsion control system must
be checked if the alarm lamp still lights
after self-inspection.
If the lamp lights during running, it means
the EPC failed. Please get to Chery’s
special service station to have the system
maintained as soon as possible.
Braking disc alarm lamp ( )
The lamp lights when braking discs are
badly worn. Please carefully drive to
Chery’s special service station to have
braking discs changed as soon as possible.
Maintenance indicator lamp
When the accumulated mileages of
odometer reaches to preset mileage
(5,000km), the lamp lights to remind the
user carrying on the maintenance for
complete vehicle in Chery’s special
service station. After the maintenance is
made, the techn icians in the station may
turn off the lamp.
Engi ne coolant te mperat ure
gauge
It shows the temperature of engine
coolant.
Lower than “C”–low temperature zone,
the engine will work in the zone shortly
when starting and warming up. High speed
rotation of engine shall be avoided in the
zone. M eanwhile, the working load of
engine shall not be too high.
