Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- If the platen does not open up when the timer sounds, turn knob clockwise on the
“Platen
Pressure Adjuster” until it opens.
- If the machine can’t close, turn Knob Counter-clockwise on the “Platen Pressure
Adjuster”
and the “Handle Pressure Adjuster” together until it can close. If you still can’t solve the
problem, please check if the electric magnet is closing completely when opening and
closing the heat platen. If it is not closing magnetically please check the circuit or
contact
us. If there is not enough pressure then adjust pressure, (+) to increase the pressure,
(-) to
reduce the pressure.
- If the applied transfer is not sticking to the garment, first check the correct temperature
and
the time, and increase the pressure if needed.
- Please note that a successful print requires correct time, temperature and pressure.
