0. Einleitung
Die Wartung an einer
SwissValve
Absperrklappe
CST-K
darf nur durch geschultes
Personal vorgenommen werden und es dürfen nur Originalersatzteile verwendet wer-
den. Für fehlerhafte Reparaturen übernimmt die ChemValve-Schmid AG keine Haftung.
Da die Teile aus Fluorkunststoff (PTFE) der Absperrklappe CST-K sehr empfindlich sind,
führt eine Verletzung dieser Teile schnell zu einem Leck. Entsprechend sorgfältig muss
mit diesen Teilen gearbeitet werden.
Diese Anleitung bezieht sich auf das Ersetzen von Ringbalg und Klappenscheibe. Detail-
lierte Informationen zum Gerät (Abmessungen, Werkstoffe und Einsatzbereich) können
dem Dokument „

schliesslich von der ChemValve-Schmid AG oder von ihr ausgebildetes
Personal gewartet werden.
2. Ausbau
2.1. Warnhinweise und Vorsichtsmassnahmen
•
Bei Montage– und Wartungsarbeiten müssen nebst geeigneter Schutzbekleidung
Arbeitshandschuhe und Schutzbrille getragen werden.
•
Zu Montage– und Wartungszwecken muss die Leitung drucklos gemacht und entleert
werden. Bei Einsatz der Armatur in gefährlichen Durchflussmedien ist die Rohrlei-
tung vollständig zu entleeren und anschliessend mit geeigneter Reinigungsflüssigkeit
gründlich zu spülen. Ungeeignete Mittel können die Klappe beschädigen!
•
Wenn Flanschverbindungen oder Verschlussschrauben gelöst werden, können heis-
ses Wasser, Dampf, ätzende Flüssigkeiten oder toxische Gase etc. ausströmen.
Schwere Verbrühungen und Verbrennungen am ganzen Körper sowie schwere Ver-
giftungen sind möglich!
•
Die Armatur ist während des Betriebes heiss oder tiefkalt! Montage- und Wartungs-
arbeiten nur durchführen, wenn die Armaturtemperatur der Raumtemperatur ent-
spricht.
•
Vor dem Ausbau der Klappe müssen Vorsichtsmassnahmen und Vorkehrungen ge-
gen das mögliche Herauslaufen von gefährlichen Medien getroffen werden.
•
Beim Ausbau aus der Rohrleitung ist unbedingt darauf zu achten, dass die Klappen-
scheibe und der Ringbalg nicht verletzt werden. Beschädigte Teile müssen zwingend
durch neue Originalteile ersetzt werden.
2.2. Vorgehen
1. Drehen Sie die Klappe in leicht geöffnete Stellung.
2. Lösen und entfernen Sie alle Flanschverbindungsschrauben an der Armatur.
3. Spreizen Sie die Flansche mit geeignetem Werkzeug und heben Sie die Armatur aus
dem Leitungssystem.
2.3. Entsorgung
In der Klappeninnenseite können für Mensch und Umwelt gefährliche Rückstände auf-
treten. Somit muss diese mit entsprechender Vorsicht behandelt werden. Nicht mehr
einsatzfähige Teile müssen fach– und umweltgerecht entsorgt werden.

are very delicat. An injury of these parts will easily
lead to a leakage. Considering this, the parts have to be handled very carefully.
This instruction refers to the exchange of the liner and the disc. Detailled information
concerning the device (dimensions, materials and range of applications) can be found

2. Dismounting
2.1. Warning and Precaution
•
During installation and maintenance work adequate protective clothing, work gloves
and protective goggles have to be worn.
•
For installation and maintenance the pipe has to be depressurized and depleted. If
the valve should be applied with dangerous flow mediums, the pipe has to be deple-
ted completely and rinsed with a an adequate cleaning fluid. Inappropriate mediums
can harm the valve!
•
If flange connections or locking screws will be detached, hot water, steam, caustic
fluids or toxic gases can emit. Heavy scalds and burn-ups on the whole body as well
as grave contamination are possible!
•
During operation the valve is hot or very cold. Installation and maintenance work
have only to be realized, if the valve‘s temperature is the same as the ambient
temperature.
•
Previous to the dismounting of the valve preventive measures and dispositions
against the possible leakaging of dangerous mediums have to be made.
•
While dismounting the valve pay attention that disc and liner will not be injured. It is
mandatory to replace broken parts with original replacement parts.
2.2. Procedure
1. Turn the disk in a slight opened position.
2. Release and remove all flange connections of the valve.
3. With the adequat tool force the flanges apart and lift the disc out of the piping sys-
tem.
2.3. Disposal
Inside the valve it is possible that residues exist which are harmful to human and
environment. Therefore the valve has to be treated with the adequate precaution. Parts
of the valves which are no longer serviceable have to be disposed professional and
beneficial to the environment.
