6. Switching ON/OFF
6.1 ON/OFF switching of a cooking zone
The TC unit may be switched ON by pressing the ON/OFF key after 1sec
connected to mains. The segments show a steady “0“. Possible optic
warnings for hot cooking zones [H] are displayed in alternation with [0] and
the synchronously display dot. Electronics remains activated for 20 seconds.
If there is no cooking level or timer selection done in this period the
electronics automatically resets to the OFF mode by releasing a signal tone.
