SPEED CONTROL GUIDE
Listed below you will find suggested speeds and mixing tasks. Adjust according to
your personal preference.
Speed Mixing Tasks
1 Stir/blend. Use this speed to spread ingredients into the
mixture such as coconut, chocolate chips, nuts and cheese.
2 Incorporate dry ingredients into wet ingredients, for example
flour into liquids. Also mixes cake and pancake batter.
3 Blend heavy mixtures such as cookie dough and mashed
potatoes.
4 Blend butter and sugar, prepare icings, fluffy frostings
and candies.
5 Whip cream. Use to create a light fluffy texture. Whip egg
whites and meringues.
TURBO Press the TURBO button from any speed setting to give
the hand mixer a short boost of power.
Caution: Do not use Turbo feature or unit continuously for more than
3 minutes at a time as the motor may overheat and cause damage
to the unit.
