Clean the Skillet plate while still warm after use by using a soft damp
cloth, paper napkin or soft sponge.

For excess soiling, after the unit is cool, wash the Skillet plate with a
soft sponge moistened with a non-abrasive kitchen cleaner while
flushing with warm water.

After completion of cleaning, completely wipe dry with a soft cloth.
Clean the Skillet after each use.

To clean the Temperature Control Probe wipe with a dry soft cloth or
paper napkin.
CAUTIONS AND SUGGESTIONS

The Skillet surface is non-stick coated, so be careful in handling.

DO NOT use shard metal utensils or knives to cut food on the Skillet
surface.

DO NOT place the Temperature Control Probe on the Skillet surface.

DO NOT use cleansers, nylons or metal brushes on Skillet surface. It
may scratch or damage the surface.

When moving the unit, always grip the handles.
6.
DO NOT wash the Skillet with the Temperature Control Probe
connected.

To season the non-stick properties of the Skillet surface, apply a light
coat of cooking oil. Repeat periodically to maintain the non-stick
properties.
