Never test a resistance on a live circuit
■
Connect the leads to the multimeter and to the circuit or the component to be
tested.
■
Place the selector switch on the ohmmeter function Ω
Press the Ω / button to change from continuity sound test to resistance
measurement and vice versa.
■
Automatic range selection: read the measured value
■
Memorise the value, if necessary, by pressing the HOLD button.
