Insert front brace between cart side panels.  Orient the front brace with the door hinge pin on the top right side.  Attach front 
door brace to cart side panels using one

screw on each side.  

Do not tighten the screws.

Insert tank heat shield tabs (w/o holes) into slots between upper back panel and lower back panel.
