Tank exclusion wire

     Hook tank exclusion wire onto back brace, then flex the tank exclusion wire to insert the other end into the hole on front 

right leg.

Side braces

Turn cart assembly upright.
Clip side braces onto the preassembled #10-24x1/2” machine screws.  Tighten the screws.
