TWO-YEAR LIMITED COCKPIT UPHOLSTERY WARRANTY
Subject to the conditions and limitations to coverage and liability discussed below, Chaparral warrants to the
original purchaser of a new boat
that for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, Chaparral will repair or replace any cockpit upholstery found to be defective in mate-
rial or workmanship.
This Two-Year Limited Cockpit Upholstery Warranty is not transferable.
ONE-YEAR LIMITED CANVAS WARRANTY
Subject to the conditions and limitations to coverage and liability discussed below, Chaparral warrants to the
original purchaser of a new boat
that for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, Chaparral will repair or replace any canvas found to be defective in material or work-
manship.
This One-Year Limited Canvas and Cockpit Upholstery Warranty is not transferable.
ONE-YEAR PRORATED LIMITED EXTERIOR GELCOAT WARRANTY
Subject to the conditions and limitations to coverage and liability discussed below, Chaparral warrants to the
original purchaser of a new boat
that, Chaparral will repair cracks, crazing or other cosmetic blemishes in the exterior gelcoat finish of the hull and the deck resulting from defec-
tive materials or workmanship according to the following prorated schedule:
Less than six months from date of purchase- 100%
Six months to one year from date of purchase- 50%
This One-Year Exterior Gelcoat Limited Warranty is not transferable.
ONE-YEAR TRANSFERABLE LIMITED WARRANTY
Subject to the conditions and limitations to coverage and liability discussed below, Chaparral warrants to the
original and first subsequent pur-
chaser who has registered the transfer with Chaparral in the manner provided above under “TEN-YEAR TRANSFERABLE LIMITED
STRUCTURAL HULL WARRANTY”, for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the
original purchaser, that each new fiberglass boat
manufactured by Chaparral is free from defects in material and workmanship.
Please note that engines, outdrives, controls, batteries, propellers, air conditioners, generators, refrigerators, certain electronics and certain
other accessories or components on your boat are not warranted by Chaparral under this Limited Warranty, but may be warranted by manufac-
tures other than Chaparral. Please refer to the Chaparral Owner’s Packet to locate Owner’s Manuals for these specific items and instructional
information about possible warranties from manufacturers other than Chaparral. Please note that coverage under any of these other indepen-
dent warranties is contingent upon your compliance with the warranty registration requirements of the manufacturer of such item.

In addition to any other conditions to coverage contained herein, the availability of any benefits under each of the foregoing limited warranties is
also subject to the following conditions:
