Product warranty
Paid Service
· When the warranty period expires.
· When the defect is attributable to the user (even within the warranty period).
- When the defect is caused by careless handling on the user’s side or by a repair or an alteration made by the user.
- When the defect is caused by a repair by a person other than the dealer or a technician from our service center.
- When the defect or damage is caused by an event such as a fall after the product is installed.
· Other events
- When the defect occurs from a natural disaster (such as lightning bolt, fire, seawater, or flood).
- When power is supplied from an unstable source that is not protected against impulse voltages.
- When foreign matter (such as coffee, milk, drink, or water) gets into the product leading to a failure.
- When a consumable part passes its service life.
- When the defect is related to the use of wrong voltage power.
