Activation of RD and RC in a basic
heating system. ( fi g.1)
Basic system where the Cha ff oteaux
product is only linked to one ON/OFF
thermoregulation accessory and both
Remote Diagnostic and Control servi-
ces have to be activated.
Required actions ( fi g.2):
- Remove the ON/OFF accessory
and unplug the 2-wires cable from
the TA port of the boiler
- Install Cha ff oteaux Expert Control
- Install the Cha ff olink gateway
Type 2
RD activation only in a basic heating
system. ( fi g.3)
Basic system where only Remote Dia-
gnostic service has to be activated
and therefore the installation of Chaf-
foteaux Expert Control is not required.
Required actions ( fi g.4)
In this con fi guration it is possible to
keep installed the old ON/OFF ther-
moregulation accessory. Therefore it
is necessary to:
- Install the Cha ff olink gateway
- Link the gateway to the Cha ff o-
teaux heating product using BUS
connection .
