 and then select connection media as TCP/IP, communication type as DLMS. Select the 

checkbox “Use TCP profile over Ethernet port.” 

Enter the meter static IP information in Connection Address 

Click 

OK

. 

Static IP is 172.16.13.5  
Service port is 4059. It is fixed for DLMS
