DESCRIPTION OF COMPONENTS AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS.
PROBLEM CAUSE REMEDY
Rivet is jammed
Wrong size rivet.
The different rivets need to change the compared
nosepiece, jaw and jaw joint.
Had some filings jam in the jaw
case.
Use the adjustable wrench or spanner to disassemble
frame head.
Use spanner to disassemble jaw case.
Use blow gun to clean out filing; then smear the oil
on the parts.
Had some filings stick on the
nosepiece top.
It is often happened when pulling the aluminum
rivet.
Use the sharp thing (tool) to remove the filing.
Air leaking.
Damaged o-rings. O-rings need to be replaced.
Loose screws. Screws need to be tightened.
Stroke length is not
correct. Frame O-ring is damaged or
deformed.
Frame O-ring has to be replaced.
Tool runs slow or
has loss of power. Air feeding tube loose. Re-install and tighten the tube.
Operating pressure is too low. Increase the operating pressure to 85-95psi.
Rivet can’t pull out
or no power.
Hydraulic oil is not enough.
Open the cylinder cap and reload Hydraulic oil into
the tool.
