Identifying Revised Material

A.

Additions or revisions to text in an existing section will be identi

fi

ed by a revision bar in the left margin

of the page and adjacent to the change.

B.

When additions or revisions are made to text in an existing section, all pages displaying the same
three element number shall also display the same Date of Page Issue. The date column on the
corresponding chapter Effectivity Page shall verify the active page. These pages will display the
current revision date in the Date of Page Issue location.

C.

When extensive technical changes are made to text in an existing section that requires extensive
