1. Choose the Right Tip
❈ The devices are equipped with 3 sizes of ear tips
(Small, Medium, & Large), choose the one that feels the
most comfortable for you and allows you to hear clearly.
❈ Then, install it onto the device.
2. Adjust the Volume to Optimal Level
❈ You should adjust the volume to the lowest setting to
protect your ears when you use it for the first time.
❈ The volume is optimal when you can hear clearly and
comfortably.
Notice: Next time you use the device you don’t need to adjust it
again because it remembers your settings.
3. Set a Suitable Profile
❈ There are 4 profiles: Normal, Noisy, Indoor & Outdoor
❈ For the first use the Profile will be set at Normal.
❈ You can set the Profile to best fit your situation.
❈ The next time you power on your device, the Profile
will be the same as what you last set it.
4. Clean Your Hearing Aid Regularly
❈ As an everyday item for you, your device needs to be
cleaned frequently.
❈ Firstly, out of consideration for your health.
❈ Secondly, for the quality of sound when you use your
device.
❈ Regularly cleaning your device is good for your user
experience & health
