If the product is used for business purposes, the warranty period is reduced by half.
Free service is provided for any normal-usage performance or functional failure occurring within 2 year of purchase.
Product failure due to intentional negligence by the consumer (i.e. product failure due to repair of the product by
an unauthorized technician; repair and/or alteration of the product by the consumer; and product damage or failure
due to misuse of the product), will void the warranty.
In the absence of product failure:
- Incorrect installation of the product due to moving or relocation of the product;
- Occurrences that are not due to product defects or flaws
▶ Slight noise, vibration, smell, appearance, feeling during use, etc.
Product failure due to negligence by the consumer:
- Product failure due to installation or incorrect use of the product by the consumer;
- Product damage or failure due to misuse of the product;
- Product failure due to use of an incorrect electric power supply;
- Product failure or damage due to external shock or dropping of the product;
- Product failure due to the use of consumables or products not specified by Ceragem;
- Product failure due to product repair performed by a person other than a Ceragem service agency technician;
- Product failure due to non-observation of the ‘Matters that require attention’ in the instruction manual.
Other instances:
- Product failure due to unforeseen disaster (flood, fire, earthquake, lightning, war etc.);
- Simple replacement of a consumable part that occurs naturally due to product use
▶ Outer cloth, external projector cover, cables (external projector cable, remote control cable, connection cable
between a sub-part and the main body, power cord), leather, etc.
* Any service requested in cases where the product has not failed will be charged for. Please read the instruction
manual carefully.
* Keep this warranty, together with the instruction manual, in a safe place,since it is provided only in the country
where the product is purchased and cannot be issued again.
