11 Perform a Digestion
CAUTION
If multiple plugs fall freely into liner, discard liner. Invert sleeves between tests to prevent liners from
stretching.

Carefully slide the liner into the sleeve.
NOTE
Invert the vessel sleeves after every test to help maintain uniformity of the liner and sleeves.
6. Place the load disc on the plug with the tab on the disc facing downward so that it fits into the center notch of
the liner.

Position the sleeve into the frame. Verify vertical placement by ensuring the sleeve is aligned on the disc at the
bottom of the frame.
