System Disassembly Instructions
CAUTION: Always power off the system and unplug the power cord(s) first before
disassembling the system!
CPU
Type and number of fastenings: Four (4) T30 screws on heatsink.
Tools required: Screwdriver with T30 Torx bit. The screw torque should be
13 KGF.CM.
Procedure:
Step 1 : Disassemble the Heatsink.
1) Use a T30 screw driver. The screw torque should be 13 KGF.CM .
2)
Disassembly must be followed by 4,3,2,1 order, see the label on the
heatsink.
Step 2 : Disassemble the CPU.
1) Then disassemble the CPU from the motherboard.
