TROUBLESHOOTING 

 

Problems: Actuator doesn’t move. 

Possible Causes 

Action 

Error in wiring. 

Check output connections. 

Verify  that  the  Power  On  and  Output  ON  LEDs 

light green. 

Verify that the Power Error LED does not light. 

 

Problems: “Power On” LED lights green but “Output On” LED doesn’t light. 

Possible Causes 

Action 

Enable signal is not driven. 

Enable signal shall be driven. (5V or 10mA) 

 

Problems: Power On doesn’t light. 

Possible Causes 

Action 

The amplifier is not powered. 

Check input connections.
