Please refer to the follow ways if there have some special case when you
using this phone, it may save your time to repair or other waste.

Unable to boot

Check if you have press the boot button for at least 1s

Check if the battery is not touchable to the phone, then
try again

Check if the battery has consume, if so, please charge it

Weak signal, please try in a strong signal area

SIM card is void, please contact your network supplier
Bad reception

Check the volume is adjusted

Check if you are receiving call in the weak signal area for
example, near the high building or basement where the

setting. If you are in the weak signal area, it will consume
more battery to search the signal. In this case, please use
the phone in the strong signal area or shutdown at the
moment.
