Water shortage
indicator is on
No water in the tank.
Refill the water tank and wait at

sound

Fill water into water tank.
Humidifier is on an unstable
surface. Move the humidifier to a stable flat
surface.
Water tank is positioned
incorrectly.
Turn off and unplug the humidifier,
then align the water tank cover
with its respective opening in the
inner chamber.
Humidifier is malfunctioning.
Stop using the device immediately
and contact the Technical Support
Service of Cecotec.
The humidification
capacity is too low

air replacement in the room
which interfere the increase

Check if doors and windows are
closed.
