3. BEFORE USE
•
Take the product out of the box.
•
Remove all packaging materials. Keep the original box.
•
Make sure all the components are included and in good conditions, otherwise,
contact immediately the official Technical Support Service of Cecotec.
•
Make sure that there are no electric cables or other installations (for example
water pipes) near the drill holes.
•
Make sure that the appliance is securely and horizontally fitted to the wall.
4. PRODUCT ASSEMBLY
•
Drill 2 holes on the wall, at 2 m above the ground and 25 cm from the nearest corner.
•
Make sure the drill holes match the expanding pipes’ diameter.
•
Insert the expanding pipes in the drill holes.
•
Fix 2 screws to the expanding pipes in such way that they protrude 10 mm.
•
Hang the heater from the screws.
5. OPERATION
Setting time
•
Turn the device on and press the button on the remote control. The indicator on the
control panel will light on, the display will show “00:00” and the “Mo” light indicator will
turn on. Then, use the
and
buttons to set the desired day.
•
Hour:
Press the
button once, the LED display will show “00” blinking. Then, use the
and
buttons to set the desired hour, from 01 (1 h) to 00 (24 h).
•
Minute:
Press the
button once again, the LED display will show “00” blinking. Then, use
the
and
buttons to set the desired minutes, from 01 (1 min) to 59 (59 min).
•
Week:
Press the
button, the “Mo” light will blink. Then, use the
and
buttons to
set the desired week, from Monday (Mo) to Sunday (Su).
Note:
When the
button is pressed, the digits on the display will blink for 5 seconds.
If no buttons are pressed for 5 seconds, the device will switch to standby mode.
General operation
•
Turn the device on by pressing the button on the remote control. The unit will start
blowing cold air.
•
Press the button on the remote control for the unit to blow warm air. The
icon will
light on.
•
Press the button again on the remote control for the unit to blow hot air. The
icon
will light on.
•
Press the button on the remote control a third time for the unit to maintain room
temperature.
24-hour timer function
•
Turn the device on and select the desired operating mode through the remote
control following the instruction above.
•
Press the “24H” button and set the timer up to 24 hours. To do so, hold down the
“24H” button until the desired time is displayed 00-24 (00=off, 01=1 hour, 02=2
hours... 24=24 hours etc.). The
icon will light on.
Note:
If 00 is set, the timer function will be off and the
icon will not light on.
Thermostat
•
Turn the device on and select the desired operating mode through the remote
control following the instruction above.
