N Central adapter. Fitting for welding torch.
O Positive output terminal (+). Connect the torch “nozzle” terminal.
P Quick fitting valve. Connect the red “hot water” hose of the welding torch.
Q Quick fitting valve. Connect the blu “cool water” hose of the welding torch.
R 10 poles connector. Connect the 10 poles male connector of the Plasma Console – Robot Intrface
signals cable (31).
NOTE: The signals cable (31) is assembled so as to render impossible to reverse the two 10 poles
connectors R and V . The corrected positioning is determined by the 6 poles connector S . It is
advised therefore to connect the 6 poles connector S before the two 10 poles connectors R and V .
S 6 poles connector. Connect the 6 poles male connector of the Plasma Console – Robot Intrface
signals cable (31).
T Plasma gas fitting . Connect the plasma gas supply hose.
U Protection gas fitting . Connect the protection gas supply hose.
V 10 poles connector. Connect the 10 poles male connector of the Plasma Console – Robot Intrface
signals cable (31) (the signals cable of the Power Source – Cooling Unit – Plasma Console extension
(33) in Robot applications as not to be connected).
Z Male connector . Connect the female connector of the Power Source – Cooling Unit – Plasma Console
extension (33).
K Power cord.
W Main Switch.
Main switch of Plasma Console mains supply.
Y Quick fitting valve. Connect the blu hose of the Power Source – Cooling Unit – Plasma Console
extension (33).
J Quick fitting valve. Connect the red hose of the Power Source – Cooling Unit – Plasma Console
extension (33).
