Screen on in divert
If an SD card is inserted into the divice, the SD card info can be reviewed on the
device.
If the monitor is set to "Divert call always" mode, by default, when a call is
received, the monitor can not display the image. The settings can be changed to
allow the monitor have the screen on at the same time as a diverted call.
