To raise the upper basket

Hold it from both sides and pull it, gently but firmly, upwards.

To lower the upper basket

Hold it from both sides and gently lower it.

Lower basket

The lower basket has folding racks that operate in a similar way to the
racks in the upper basket. These racks allow for the load space to be
customised as required.
