INSTALLATION
A.
General
NOTE:
Before first installation, the location has to be
chosen taking into consideration the available
space needed to install all parts into the
cabinet surface. The diameter of the mounting hole
must be 25 mm (1.0 in.)
B.
Procedure
(1)
Installation of Unit PN A616-23-40-10
(a)
Insert piston assy together with upper part of the shank
and tube into the mounting hole of the cabinet.
NOTE:
Ensure that the outlet of the piston extends
over the sink and that it remains in position
during
further
installation.
(b)
Tighten up nut hand tight.
CAUTION:
TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO SHANK, DURING FASTENING NUT, USE
NOT TOO MUCH POWER. TORQUE VALUE IS 15,00 NM (11.06
lbf.ft.).
(c)
Install one clamp and large tube on the upper part of the
shank.
(d)
Install the holder into the cabinet.
NOTE:
If holder is to be installed for the first time,
mounting holes with a diameter of 5 mm (0.19 in.)
must be drilled. Use appropriate screws taking into
consideration the material and thickness of the wall.
(e)
Install and secure lower part of shank onto bottle adapter
and install both together on bottle.
(f)
Tighten up bottle and adapter hand tight.
NOTE:
Apply sealant (Elastosil E43) for the bottle
installation.
