With the assistance of another adult, carefully
place
left/right side panels
and
middle panel
onto clean padded surface as shown. Attach
middle panel
to
left and right side panels
with 4
brackets,
4
flat washers,
4
spring washers
and
4
large bolts
, using an
allen wrench.
Do not over
tighten the bolts.
NOTE: Do not over
tighten the bolts.

dowels of
left and right side panels
into
corresponding holes of
top panel.
Secure
left and
right side panels
to
top panel
with 4
flat
washers,

spring washers

small bolts

phillips head screwdriver.
