Note!
Before usage you should always check whether the device is damaged. If this is the case,
do not operate the device and feel free to contact your catering supplier to work towards a solution.
Never repair of dismantle the device by yourself. This should always be done by a professional technician.
Note!
Always first fill the pan with water before connecting the device to the mains. You cannot use the
device without a pleasant amount of water. Indication: fill the pan 50 to 65% with water, depending on
how much food you would like to prepare in the pan. So keep in mind that the vacuum sealed food will
raise the water level. Usage without water could cause serious damage to the device (and it’s parts) and
therefore danger. To prevent this you should check the level of water each 20-30 minutes and if needed
you should revill it.
Note!
Temperature accuracy = 0.1°C.
The timer has a range from 1 minute to 99 hours.
Operate:
1. Place the food rack in gastronorm sized pan.
2. Fill the pan with water.
3. Connect the device to the mains. Press

once; the device is ON.
