• The makers of Cat Tent, Cat Camp, accept no responsibility for misuse or any accidents that arise from using a Cat Tent.
• Do not expose Cat Tent for an extended time near heater or open flame and do not store tent in extreme temperatures.
• The Cat Tent has not been tested to comply with CPAI-84 fire retardant standards.
• The zipped door is decorative and should be kept open at all times during use.
• To avoid mildew, do not store tent in wet or humid conditions as this will destroy nylon tents. Always make sure your Cat
Tent is 100% dry before repacking and read instruction for proper care, cleaning and maintenance.
• For stains, spray area with water and lightly wipe off with one or two strokes.
• Do not rub the fabric or use detergents on the fabric.
• If necessary, polyester tents floors or tarpaulins can be cleaned using a mild detergent.
• Always make sure your tent is 100% before repackaging.
• Never roll or pack away a damp tent. Mildew will form within a few days and even the slightest amount of dampness can
cause mildew to form.
• Synthetic fabrics such as nylon and polyester are not susceptible to rotting due to mildew; however the fabric will be
stained and may cause an unpleasant odour.
• Most synthetic fabrics are susceptible to damage caused by ultraviolet light. Depending on the degree of exposure to UV
light, these fabrics can receive cumulative damage that will weaken and fade the material. To prolong the life of your
tent and reduce the chance of damage caused by UV light, never set a tent up in direct sunlight for extended periods of
time.
In no event shall the owners of Cat Camp be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential
damages whatsoever arising out of, or connected with the use or misuse of any cat tent purchased herein.
By purchasing a Cat Tent, you agree and acknowledge that the product has been purchased at your own risk and you
should assess the risks individual to your pet before purchasing any product or using any product with your pet.
You agree that in the event that Cat Camp is deemed liable for any harm caused, the amount which it shall be liable to
you shall be limited to the cost of the product. In no event should you allow your pet to use this product unattended, not
should you leave any children unattended in the presence of this product as it may present a choking hazard.
Cat Camp takes pride in its workmanship and undertakes to manufacture the best possible products. Cat Camp products are warranted to the original owner to
be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product. Cat Camp tents are warranted to the original owner to be free from defects in
material and workmanship for three months from the original purchase date. If any such defects arises and a valid claim is received by Cat Camp within the
applicable warranty period, Cat Camp will, at its option, repair or replace the products without charge, other than shipping costs as set forth below. This warranty
supersedes any other warranty and is subject to the following conditions and limitations. Since no Cat Camp product is indestructible, this warranty does not
cover defects attributable to or resulting from abuse, alteration or normal wear and tear i.e. exhausted zippers or natural hazard damage due to weather,
animals, and/or ultraviolet (UV) damage. To make a claim under this warranty, if deemed appropriate for repair, please contact our customer service team at
[email protected] which will give you, the original purchase, a return authorisation number and instructions on how to proceed. All products being considered
under this warranty must be accompanied by proof of purchase. We do not take responsibility for items not received or tracked to our locations. Please be sure to
insure any shipment, as Cat camp cannot be responsible for uninsured packages. Shipping and insurance charges to send products to the Warranty Department
are the customer’s responsibility. Cat Camp will absorbs the regular return shipping charges. however, if you request that we return your product via expedited
shipping service, the additional shipping charges will be billed to the customer. This warranty is not transferrable and gives you, the original purchaser, specific
legal rights.
