- Check regularly the power cord.
- If not fixed this appliance can cause severe injuries.
- Your appliance must not be in contact with water when operating; Let it cool down
. Water must not be in contact with electric part of the appliance.

6.2 Daily maintenance
- Unplug your appliance before cleaning.
- Clean your appliance with a soft cloth and hot water after using.
- Regularly discard frying oil. (Always when it is cooled down)
- The heating element can be easily removed to allow easy cleaning of each element.
- Dry it thoroughly after cleaning (with a dry soft cloth).
- Store the appliance in a cool and dry place.
IMPORTANT!
Once a year ask a professional check your appliance:
1)Cleaning of the water supply filters (unplug the appliance, disconnect the tube 20/27
and clean the filters)
2)Cleaning and descaling the water system, the trays, the tank. (If hard water plan more
than once a year)
3)Cleaning of the condenser with vacuum cleaner, metallic brush or under pressure gaz.
6.3 Safety instructions for maintenance
- Daily check the state of your appliance: do not use it if it is damaged or if the
power cord is damaged. If the power cord is damaged it must be replaced by a
professional electrician.
- In case of break down contact your supplier.
- Any intervention work on your appliance must be performed by a qualified
professional.

The warranty do not include normal use parts such as joint, part in glass and
plastic…Any incorrect connection, handling or use other than those described in the
instructions will invalidate this guarantee.
