Fill a fireproof bowl with water and heat it for at least 10 minutes in both the convection
and steam cooking modes and then with fresh water in the grill mode with top and bottom
heat.
Product residues may be segregated in this process. This is normal. Pour the cooled
water away.
Then use the sterilisation mode for 20 minutes.
12.3 Operating elements and display
Display: the current temperature, remaining cooking time and cooking
status are displayed. The temperature in the display flashes until the
selected temperature is reached. Then an acoustic signal is issued
and the temperature display lights up constantly. That then keeps the
selected temperature constant.
