Removing and Attaching the Ad Panel

You can remove the transparent ad panel on the front of the 
Signage Unit to insert a printed ad sheet

*

 underneath it.

You can use the sample ad sheet that comes with the Signage 

Unit as a trial. For more information, visit the CASIO website.

Ad panel

 Cleaning 

The intake and exhaust vents of the Signage Unit are prone to 
dust buildup. Use a vacuum cleaner to periodically clean the vents 
and keep them clear of dust. Continued use of the Signage Unit 
after dust has accumulated around the intake and/or exhaust 
vents can cause excessive heat build up inside the case and lead 
to malfunction.

To clean the Signage Unit

Turn off the Signage Unit and unplug its AC

adapter from the power outlet.

Remove the screws that secure the screen, ad

panel, and top plate, and then remove each of 

the items from the Signage Unit.

Use a vacuum cleaner to clean dirt and dust

from inside the Signage Unit case.

Use a vacuum cleaner to clean dirt and dust

from intake and exhaust vents.

Replace the top plate, ad panel, and screen to

their original positions, and then secure them 

with their screws.

Loosen the anti-theft bracket screw three

turns.

Take care not to loosen the anti-theft bracket screw too

 Normal Operation 

To turn on the Signage Unit

Perform either of the operations below.

If the Signage Unit is already connected to a power supply,

press the power button on the front of the Signage Unit.
If the Signage Unit is not connected to a power supply, plug its 

• 

AC adapter into a power outlet.

Turning on the Signage Unit will display a startup screen on the 
touch panel. The startup screen indicates that the Signage Unit is 
performing internal processes required to start content play.
The “Play Mode” screen will appear on the touch panel and 
content play will start automatically after the internal processes 
are complete.

To turn off the Signage Unit

Hold down the power button until a menu

appears on the touch panel.

On the menu, tap [Power off].

On the confirmation dialog box that appears,

tap [OK].
