This LED indicates the charge status of battery pack(s). 
Off 

: Battery pack is not mounted. 

Red : 

Charging. 

Flashing Red 

: Problem on battery pack. 

Green 

: Charging complete.

Flashing Green 

: Standby in the out of charging temperature(0 to 40)

AC Adaptor Jack 

This is used to supply power by connecting the dedicated AC adaptor, 
AD-S42120B, here.

Used to connect multiple Dual Battery Chargers each other.
