- Use clamps or a vise to secure the object to be worked in
place. The work will be safer if both hands are free to con-
trol the tool.

plane of the rotating accessory and run the power tool at
maximum no-load speed for one minute.

Hold the power tool by insulated gripping surfaces only,
when performing an operation where the cutting acces-
sory may contact hidden wiring or its own cord.
Cutting
accessory contacting a “live” wire may make exposed
metal
parts of the power tool “live” and could give the operator
an
electric shock.

Position the cord clear of the spinning accessory.
If you

- Before cutting ensure there is a suitable gap below the work-
piece to prevent the disc from touching any obstacles.
- Allow the angle grinder to reach it’s optimum speed before
commencing work
- Not recommended for use in conjunction with a cut-off stand.
- Keep hands and other body parts well away from the work
area whist the tool is in use.

material whilst the angle grinder is in operation or reach under-
neath for any reason.
- Do not touch the grinding disc after operation. The bit will be
HOT and will burn!
