To clear the cache

The cache must be cleared before a file appears on the device. If a file already appears on the device, go to
the
Quick Settings pane, and tap App Restart before proceeding to the next step.

When the view file begins loading, tap Cancel .

When the Waiting for Connection screen appears, tap at the top, right of the screen.

Tap OK to clear the cache.
To update the device language
1
On the System screen in Settings , click Languages .

Select the desired language.
