Wiring for Communication - Ethernet port connection 

To connect to the Ethernet service port of a module, connect a patch cable from the Ethernet port on the TruVu™ 

ET display  to the Ethernet service port on the controller. 
 

NOTE  

Your module must have drv_fwex_104.00.2182 or later for ethernet service port functionality to work. 

 
 

Interface selection 

On startup, the TruVu™ ET display  asks which  connection type should be used. 

 

NOTE

: The USB Service Port option will be available for future use by Next Gen controllers, only. 

 
The TruVu™ ET display remembers this selection the next time the interface is powered on. To change the 

connection type, wait until  the interface is attempting to connect and tap
