E-54 Power Module Temperature Sensor
Open/Short Fault
Reg.83|85 Bit5 1. Verify proper airflow over the heatsink of the drive.
Remove any obstructions.
2. Check that the compressor is operating within
specified limits.
3. Check the mounting screws on the drive, make
sure that they are tight.
4. If the problem still persists replace the drive.
E-55 PFC-IGBT Temperature Sensor
Fault Open/Short Fault
Reg.83|85 Bit6 Temperature sensing device on the drive are possibly
defective. If problem persists replace the drive.
E-62 Stator Heater Overcurrent Reg.83|85 Bit13 Compress windings are drawing more current than
expected in stator heater mode. If problem persist
contact application engineer.
E-64 Fault Limit Lockout Reg.83|85 Bit15 10 lockout errors in 10 hours. Troubleshoot the
original errors.
E-66 Analog Communication Fault Check the connection between the Converter board
and the drive.
E-67 Configuration Setup Fault 1. Check the Digital switches settings.
2. Replace the Converter board.
