Use of the remote control

To decrease the value of desired temperature in the room.

The unit will confirm signal receipt with an acoustical sound, and
the value of the set temperature on the display will change
accordingly.
The temperature can be set between 17

C and 32

C at 1 degree
intervals.
Selecting the fan speed
(button E)
Press button
to change the fan speed.
Each time the button is pressed a different fan speed will be
selected in sequence and the relevant symbol will light up on the
display.
Indicated symbol:
AUTO
Automatic:
Fan speed will automatically be set for optimum comfort.
QUIET
Quiet
Low speed
Medium speed
High speed
The unit will acknowledge signal receipt with a confirming
acoustical sound.
Warning:
When automatic mode, dehumidification mode and Economy mode
have been selected, is not possible to change the fan speed as it is
automatically selected by the unit.
Selecting direction of air flow
louvres (buttons F and G)
The air flow direction can be adjusted to optimize air distribution in
the room.
Press button
repeatedly to choose one of the available 10
different positions.
When cooling mode is selected the air flow louvres are in
position
.
When heating mode is selected the air flow louvres are in
position
.
By pushing button
, swing mode is selected.
Louvres will continuously swing downward and upward around the
last selected position, independently of the selected operating
mode.
To stop this function, press button
again.
To change the air flow louvres, press button
.
Start/stop
(button B)
When the air conditioner is not in operation, the controller readout
will display the last temperature, operating mode and fan speed
selection. Press button
to start the air conditioner and two beeps
are heard. At the same time the operation LED on the unit will light
up and the controller readout will display the symbol .
Press button
. to stop the air conditioner.
It emits a prolonged acoustical sound, the operation LED on the unit
will turn OFF and the symbol on the remote control will disappear.
If button
(air conditioner starting) is pressed too soon after a
stop, the compressor will not start for 3 minutes due to the built-in
protection against frequent compressor cycling.
The unit will emit an acoustical sound for any selection change and
only when signals are received correctly.
Selection of the operating mode
(button C)
With this button the operating mode of the air conditioner can be
selected. By repeatedly pressing the
button the available
modes will be selected in sequence and on the controller readout
the relevant symbol will light up.
The unit will acknowledge signal receipt with a confirming
acoustical sound.
Indicated symbol:
AUTO
Automatic.
The air conditioner will automatically switch from heating to
cooling and vice versa in order to maintain the selected
temperature.
The preset room temperature is 24
°
C and can either be
increased or decreased by
±
5
°
C by pressing the ( )
buttons to set the desired temperature.
The 24

C preset temperature is selected when the symbol
appears on the display.
When the Automatic mode is operated, the Automatic

fan speed can be selected.
COOL
Cooling with dehumidification.
DRY
Dehumidification.
The air conditioner extracts moisture from the air without
changing the sensible room temperature.
HEAT
Heating.
Warning:
When the AUTO mode is selected, the unit operating mode is
choosen according to the outdoor air temperature.
If the outdoor air temperature is:
- below 20
°
C, the heating mode is activated.
- between 20
°
C and 22
°
C, the fan mode is activated.
- above 22
°
C, the cooling mode is activated.
