Before beginning assembly, read and understand the 

information contained in this Owner’s Guide.

Safety precautions and warnings are provided in this 

Owner’s Guide and on the appliance. If these hazard 

warnings are not heeded, bodily injury or death could 

occur to you or to other persons.

1.  This appliance is specifically designed to be used with   

  a LP cylinder with a Type 1 cylinder valve and an  

 

  overfilling protection device (OPD).

  a.  A Type 1 valve can be identified by its large external  

      threads. Do not connect to a cylinder that uses any  

      other type of valve connection device.

2.  Make sure all the parts have been shipped with the    

  appliance before starting assembly.

5.2.2   Assembly Instructions

  1.  Remove outer cardboard, then remove grate and all  

      parts packed inside the grill body.

  2.  Once all parts have been removed, use a Phillips    

      screwdriver to remove the lid handle.
